Create new but different memories

I know it is hard and heartbreaking. The empty space is always there...

But go out and make new memories. Try new things and enjoy the people who stay with you and do not run away from your sadness. The pain and the sadness will stay in those new memories, but just for a few minutes or even seconds you feel normal.

It helps with the depression and anger to go out and also get active. Enjoy the beauty of this world. If you look hard enough you will see it eventually. And if you are patient, God will reveal Himself.
