If you are going through a similar loss, do not walk alone. Surround yourself with people that are true, who will speak the truth even though it hurts. Surround yourself with people who keep in contact even though you want to talk about your child's death again and again. Surround yourself with people that listen and do not try and make it better. Nothing will make it better. You have to go through it, you cannot go around it.
